Scouting relies on an army of volunteers to make great experiences for young people. There are roles which have direct contact with young people – leaders and assistant leaders – but also roles behind the scenes supporting the group and making sure that facilities and equipment are available when needed.

In most roles comprehensive guidance and training are available so you are not thrown in at the deep end without support.
